Second competition, East Midlands Bench Press Championship 2007, held at Hamiltons Fitness Centre.

I came third in my body group(90kg), 83.3g bodyweight, 140kg for 1st lift failed, my second of 140kg and third lift of 145kg passed. I thought I was going to fail on all lifts due to a rotator cuff injury popping up on the first lift, due to having the bar to high up.
